Why This RoleSynfini is rebuilding how small‑molecule drugs get discovered, pairing AI‑driven molecular design with real, physical chemistry automation to compress years of medicinal chemistry into weeks. As a Chemistry Automation Research Associate, you will run the synthesis and purification workflows that turn computationally designed molecules into actual compounds on the bench, using the Syn Build automated platform that few chemists get hands‑on access to early in their careers.
CompanyOverview
Synfini is an agile discovery company pioneering the transformation of small‑molecule drug discovery through the integration of AI‑driven molecular design and advanced chemistry automation technology. Headquartered in Menlo Park, California, Synfini unites virtual and physical chemistry with a powerful, chemist‑first AI platform and discovery‑focused robotic automation, dramatically reducing the time and cost required to translate targets and virtual drug concepts into validated candidates.
WhatYou’ll Do Chemistry & Synthesis
