Job Description Meta AI is seeking talented Research Scientists to push the boundaries of what's possible with Large Language Models (LLMs). You will conduct fundamental research, develop new architectures, and contribute to the open-source AI community. This role involves exploring novel training methodologies, evaluating model performance, and publishing research findings.  Responsibilities:
Conduct cutting-edge research in LLMs, including areas like model scaling, efficiency, reasoning, and safety.  Develop and implement novel algorithms and model architectures.  Collaborate with engineers to integrate research prototypes into production systems.  Publish research in top-tier AI conferences and journals.  Requirements:
PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent research experience.  Proven track record of research contributions in LLMs or related areas.  Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred).  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Benefits:  Competitive salary and bonus structure.
