Cheeky Monkey Toys, a beloved family-owned toy store with locations in downtown Menlo Park and downtown Los Altos, is looking for a Retail Team Lead to join our dynamic team at our Menlo Park location. This is a sales floor position, with primary responsibilities of customer service, but also guiding the team with daily tasks in collaboration with the store manager.

Our stores have been providing a well-curated selection of toys and gifts since 1999, and we take pride in offering exemplary customer service to guests of all ages.

• Exceptional customer service techniques
• Experience with retail and/or supervisory skills, 1 year minimum
• Gift wrapping and merchandising skills
• Restocking
• Building and nurturing customer relationships

We are two local, family owned and operated, independent toy stores. We have been in business in downtown Menlo Park since 1999, and expanded with a second store in downtown Los Altos in 2022.
