Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, office areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with visitor processing, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and adherence to location policies;
Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and communicating security-related information to supervisors and/or local responders when appropriate
