Software Engineer – Agentic AI

What You Will Be Working On

• Agents:
  How do we build agents that can be trusted to execute critical business flows for large enterprises in a verifiable and trustworthy manner? How do we future-proof this as LLMs evolve?
• Orchestration:
  How do we run thousands—tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands—of agents at scale?
• Retrieval: A key value proposition of our agentic AI platform is the process insights we already have about our customers` existing processes. How do we use that ground truth to enhance both the efficiency and accuracy of execution?
• Command Center:
  Build the user-facing pieces that empower humans to manage and work seamlessly with agents.
• And much, much more!

• A passion for being on the frontier of AI products
• Motivation and high agency to drive outcomes—we have a high-autonomy culture, and each team member has lots of agency to overcome obstacles and achieve business impact
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building production products and systems with modern languages and infrastructure
• Experience and comfort building and shipping full‑stack solutions
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience building AI‑powered products
• Experience building enterprise‑grade products with a solid understanding of security principles, identity, and access management
• Comfort working closely with enterprise customers
• Previous experience founding or working at startups
