GRAIL is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Data Team to design and operate production-grade data systems that turn raw clinical and operational data into analysis-ready datasets, supporting research and clinical programs.
You will own end-to-end data lifecycle components, collaborate with scientists and clinical labs, and mentor engineers while ensuring data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance in a regulated environment. Hybrid work with in-office 3 days a week.
