Product Manager, Platform

We’re building the future of work: the Metamate platform, a full-stack product that allows people to direct, review, and help agents improve their work across the entire company. The ATA Product team builds the platform components, memory systems, improvement loops and shared product experiences that make AI useful for everyone. The Platform PM owns the developer and partner experience for Metamate.

Teams across Meta build skills, integrations, and workflows on top of our agentic platform. You will make it easy and compelling for them to do so -- defining the abstractions, APIs, and developer experience that turn Metamate into a true platform rather than a standalone product.

• Own the Metamate platform strategy: APIs, skill framework, integration patterns, and partner onboarding.
• Define and drive the developer experience for internal teams building on Metamate.
• Identify high-value partner integrations and prioritize platform capabilities to unlock them.
• Build scalable mechanisms for partners to extend Metamate's capabilities without central team bottlenecks.
• Establish platform health metrics (adoption, time-to-integrate, partner satisfaction) and drive improvements.
• Partner with infrastructure engineering to ensure platform reliability, performance, and extensibility.

• 12+ years of product management experience, including platform or developer-facing products
• Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
• Experience defining APIs, SDKs, or developer tools
• Track record of growing a platform ecosystem and managing partner relationships
• Strong technical judgment and ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
• Experience prioritizing across competing partner needs at scale
• Analytical rigor and ability to define success metrics for platform health

• Experience with AI/ML platforms or agentic systems
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure products, or internal platforms
• Experience building self-serve onboarding and documentation at scale
• Familiarity with plugin/extension architectures

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
