Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire a part‑time Customer Service Representative for our Menominee, Michigan location. This position will report to the Energy Administration Manager.

Responsibilities Customer Communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and timely information across all communication channels
Issue Resolution
  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service or technical issues
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate personnel
Order Processing
  • Process customer orders and service requests
  • Calculate charges, process payments, and reconcile daily driver tickets
Record Keeping
  • Accurately document customer interactions in Energy Force and Connect
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records for team visibility
Product Knowledge
  • Stay current on company products, services, and policies
  • Apply knowledge to effectively assist customers
Collaboration
  • Work closely with team members and other departments
  • Ensure consistent, positive customer and team experiences
Additional Duties
  • Reconcile daily driver trip reports (Propane & Petroleum)
  • Monitor forecasting and k‑factor deviations
  • Create work orders for Operations Manager and/or Service Technicians
  • Scan work orders into Energy Image
  • Reconcile cash receipts and prepare bank deposits

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Energy Operations.

Work Schedule Expectations
  • 2 or 3 working days per week
  • 7:30am – 4:30pm
Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Customer Service Experience preferred but not required
