Maintenance Specialist – Vonachen Group

• Perform grounds maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal landscaping.
• Operate and maintain lawn care and snow removal equipment, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and snow blowers/plows.
• Conduct minor facility repairs including light carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas.
• Maintain and organize supply inventory, including replenishing stock and reporting low levels.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, following company safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Support coordination between the maintenance team, company leadership, and customer contacts.
• Repair floor equipment such as vacuums and floor machines (auto scrubbers, etc.).
• Assist with basic warehouse duties and other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR.
• Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with snow removal equipment is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
