Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification; IV certification preferred
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility; experience working with EMR systems
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts; excellent communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting during night shift hours.
  • Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately within the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
