Enstrom Helicopter Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Coordinator to support our sales team and help deliver a responsive, organized customer experience—from the first inquiry through aircraft delivery and transition to post-sale support.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating details, communicating with customers, and keeping multiple priorities moving. You will help ensure leads receive timely follow‑up, customer information stays accurate, proposals and sales documents are organized, and internal teams have the information needed to support customer commitments.

Working across Sales, Marketing, Flight Operations, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Aftermarket, and Product Support, you will be an important connection point between our customers and the teams supporting them.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate leads and customer follow‑up. Receive, track, and route incoming sales inquiries. Monitor open activities, customer commitments, next steps, and follow‑up requirements to help the Sales team maintain timely, consistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate sales information and reporting. Keep customer, lead, opportunity, forecast, and activity information current in the company’s customer relationship management system and other business systems. Prepare pipeline summaries, lead reports, customer activity updates, and other recurring sales reports.
  • Support proposals and aircraft configurations. Assist with aircraft proposals, specifications, configurations, pricing documents, presentations, letters of intent, and other sales materials. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain current information on aircraft options, pricing, and availability.
  • Organize customer visits and sales activities. Coordinate customer meetings, aircraft demonstrations, factory tours, trade shows, conferences, and other events. Help arrange schedules, confirm aircraft availability, prepare materials, and track follow‑up actions.
  • Support documentation and aircraft delivery. Coordinate information needed for contracts and orders, maintain organized customer and sales records, and assist with delivery preparation and the customer’s transition to Aftermarket and Product Support.
  • Connect the Sales team with internal resources. Gather information from departments supporting customer opportunities. Partner with Marketing on campaign follow‑up, customer lists, sales materials, and events, and assist with dealer, distributor, representative, and international customer coordination as assigned.
  • Help improve the sales process. Support better CRM workflows, reporting consistency, templates, documentation, and customer communication practices. Assist with market, customer, and competitive research and other sales‑support activities as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, Sales, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
