• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation equipment in support of all assets and equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to improve mill uptime/run ability, assemble and install new machinery and equipment and other duties as assigned.
• Read and interpret machine drawings.
• Proficient in DCS troubleshooting.
• Drive hardware and communications equipment troubleshooting and board‑level replacement.
• Calibrate and maintain all tagged field instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot field devices using technology such as Delta‑V, Allen‑Bradley PLCs.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A valid journeyman card, indicating successful completion of an accredited apprenticeship program; a journeyman’s certification is preferred but equivalent experience may be considered.
• Positive work attitude and keen sense of responsibility, particularly with respect to safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Four (4) years of experience in a related field and three (3) to five (5) years in an industrial environment.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Solid computer skills and experience with electronic work orders.
• Self‑directed.
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem‑solving skills.

• Available to work varying hours that may include shift, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and respond to emergency call‑ins.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work in industrial conditions.
