Choice Transportation LLC — Bus Drivers Needed

Join our team providing student transportation to Menominee, MI area public school districts. Starting wage is $24 per hour. Choice Transportation will train suitable candidates for CDL Class B with passenger and school bus endorsements if you do not already possess them. Benefits are available for qualifying positions.

As a school bus driver, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and respectful transport of students. Typical duties include following assigned routes and schedules, conducting safety checks before and after trips, maintaining a calm and orderly environment on the bus, reporting maintenance issues, and completing required documentation. Drivers may also be asked to provide transportation for extracurricular activities and school field trips.

We provide training to help you obtain the necessary Class B CDL and endorsements for passenger and school bus operation. New drivers receive orientation on district policies, student safety procedures, emergency protocols, and hands‑on driving practice with experienced trainers. Ongoing support and refresher training are available and required to maintain high safety standards.
