Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Position Located in Menomonee Falls Area

This could be a perfect role for a Senior Accountant to make the jump to management!

We are working with a rapidly-growing international company that is looking for a new Accounting Manager to join the team. This organization is one with locations all over North America and continues to expand through acquisitions as well as organically. This position will also be in line for a quick promotion to Controller, then VP in the next 5-7 years.

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare the annual budget and forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and lead close process
• Comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Partner with Controller/VP on integration of new acquisition
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
• Problem-solving/process improvement mindset
