I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Staff Accountant for a reputable manufacturing company here in Menomonee Falls, WI (53051). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start immediately.
Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)
Remote: No, 100% onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Job costing, including reviewing job costs, labor hours, material usage, overhead allocation, and job profitability
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
