Pricing & Vendor Relations Specialist

We are a well-established industrial manufacturing company with over 50 years of success and continued growth. We design and build high-quality industrial products and pride ourselves on long-standing customer and supplier partnerships. As we expand, we are looking for a Pricing Specialist to play a key role in supporting profitability and strengthening supplier relationships.

This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment who understands how pricing, vendor partnerships, and cost control directly impact the bottom line.

• Develop, analyze, and maintain product pricing models based on material, labor, freight, and overhead costs
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns to support customer quotes and competitive bids
• Build, manage, and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
• Request, review, and negotiate supplier quotes to secure cost-effective purchasing
• Monitor raw material and market cost fluctuations and proactively recommend pricing adjustments
• Partner with procurement and operations to evaluate supplier performance and cost efficiencies
• Maintain accurate pricing databases and ERP system updates
• Support margin analysis and identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Collaborate with sales to provide timely, strategic pricing guidance
• Assist with contract reviews and long-term vendor agreements
• Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors or improve supply chain efficiencies

• 1+ year of experience in pricing, costing, estimating, procurement, or vendor coordination within manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
