ResponsibilitiesJoin our dynamic environment where you will play a central role in supporting our field teams and helping to deliver world‑class service to our customers. Utilizing your communication skills and superior organizational abilities, you will coordinate the pulse of the day‑to‑day operations of our Indoor Air Quality, Service, Maintenance and Installation teams. This role involves logistics, accounting, scheduling, superior customer service skills, and the ability to have fun even when the work gets tough.
Work hours:
Monday - Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm with some overtime.
- 2+ years of dispatching and/or scheduling experience; prior experience in scheduling or logistics within the trades industry is a plus but not required.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Laser‑tight attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑function and adjust priorities on the fly.
- Proficiency navigating and using purchasing software and following a PO process.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and background check.
- Ability to read a map.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Quick Books, etc.).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, results‑driven individual.
- Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous.
- People‑oriented – enjoys interacting with people.
- Adaptable/flexible – thrives in work that requires frequent shifts in direction.

Normal office environment with standard temperature exposure and lighting. Ability to work in a sitting position in front of a computer screen for up to eight hours per day. Use of all five senses, including close and distance vision, is required.
