Industry and Business Intelligence Specialist
The Industry and Business Intelligence Specialist primary role is to assist with the development of information technology solutions, data and reporting to achieve business goals; synthesizes routine and ad hoc reporting needs to deliver timely and actionable business intelligence. This position will also support online sales platforms for Wacker Neuson Corporation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Update and analyze data in prebuilt dashboards and KPI scorecards used internally to track industry trends and patterns.
- Create new dashboards, KPI scorecards and marketing tools (region sales, industry potential, top customers, top dealer(s), etc.) that support internal and external staff by pinpointing opportunities within the construction industry.
- Identify process and data improvements within customer relationship management systems (SAP) to better track and measure opportunities for business growth.
- Work with Manager to develop new reporting tools for external field staff and dealers to drive their own analytics and reporting to identify specific Wacker Neuson products to sell to key accounts.
- Work with IBI team to analyze internal data sets to drive strategic business initiative such as sales and marketing programs.
- Work with IBI team to analyze, document and validate business information then communicate findings to management and department decision makers.
- Support the development and improvement of the Wacker Neuson online purchasing platform through data review, data validation and system improvements.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Intelligence or related business field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience Marketing.
- Strong Data analytics required.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office with excellent skills in Excel.
- Skilled experience in programs such as PowerBI or Tableau, Excel VBA, R-Studio, SharePoint, SAP, and CRM preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
