Project Engineer – Field Execution

• Complete site visits of active construction projects
• Review site activities
• Complete building acceptance walks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and according to quality standards
• Apply knowledge of code, permit, and inspection requirements to obtain inspection approvals and occupancy certificates
• Address Top 3 and warranty issues from clubhouse delivery through completion of the last building
• Complete all project close-out activities
• Collaborate with construction department members and legal, finance, and development project teams
• Report to the Director of Construction

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or Architecture required, or Associates Degree and equivalent experience required
• Zero to two (2) years of related experience
• Onsite construction management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of or experience with construction project management software
• Must pass a post-offer criminal background check

Demonstrates expertise in construction project management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to address project issues and complete close-out activities.
