Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, shipping schedules, and delivery communications. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, maintains customer portals, coordinates with production and shipping teams, and provides outstanding customer support while meeting customer-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, releases, and shipping schedules.
• Ensure on-time and accurate product shipments.
• Communicate order delays, shortages, and delivery updates to customers.
• Maintain customer portals and electronic demand systems (EDI).
• Monitor customer delivery ratings and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Production teams to meet customer demand.
• Perform manual order entry and monitor ASN transmissions.
• Handle customer demand increases and replacement orders.
• Maintain accurate customer order records and documentation.
• Provide backup support to other Customer Service Representatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service or Distribution experience.
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Automotive order fulfillment or demand management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
