Menomonee – Falls Clinic Manager

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Clinical Manager to lead and support our clinical team while helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, support and develop team members, ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations, and help drive continuous improvement across our practice. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful and approachable leader who values teamwork, takes pride in creating a positive clinical environment, and is passionate about providing compassionate care to the patients and families we serve.

The Clinical Managers play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our clinics: they provide important operational leadership to lead our clinical teams each day in providing high quality and compassionate patient care.

1.)Upholds the mission, vision, and core values of Community Smiles Dental by consistently demonstrating inclusivity, professionalism, quality, compassion, and community in all aspects of the roles.

2.) Collaborate with CSD’s Leadership team to build a highly inclusive culture where team members can thrive and represent CSD’s core values to the best of their ability.

3.) Maintains strong and positive working and interpersonal relationships with all employed at Community Smiles Dental including interns, externs and volunteers.

4.)Understands and complies with all employment policies and procedures defined by Community Smiles Dental.

1.) Collaborates with clinic leadership team to develop and execute operational goals and strategic plan initiatives in the areas of clinics and programs.

2.) Oversees patient care that is community health and public health focused including patient experience, scheduling, waitlists, case management and referrals for patients of the clinic.

3.) Train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff, including front desk personnel, dental assistants, and hygienists.

4.) Serves as OSHA and HIPAA compliance manager for the clinic and coaches team when necessary to ensure OSHA and HIPAA compliance.

• In the area of leadership:
• Reviews and reports production results and earned revenue to the CSD Leadership Team on a monthly basis.
• Coaches individual clinic staff as needed to ensure earned revenue goals are achieved.
• Partners with the clinic leadership team to organize and lead monthly team meetings.
• Leads individual and team professional development by providing challenging individual assignments and identifying/planning team training opportunities with external experts or partner agencies.
• Partners with human resources to oversee all management functions related to CSD clinical teams such as team culture and recognition, performance assessment, annual reviews, recruiting and onboarding new team members and professional development.
• Partners with finance and operations teams to support the budget creation process and manage expenses against annual operational budget in the areas of payroll, staff recognition and development, dental equipment, dental supplies and materials, information technology, office supplies and equipment.
• In the area of clinic operations and patient care:
• Audits Dentrix to ensure patient scheduling, chart notes, and procedures are completed as intended.
