Designer - Women's Tek Gear

Design Role

As a Designer, you will oversee the design of multiple categories or a large brand, crafting an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and appeals to the target customer.

• Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packages
• Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management
• Collaborate closely with Senior Designer and Design Director in the conceptual development of the brand
• Provide direction for color and art development to artists
• Present designs in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction
• Partner with Trend and Design Team to prioritize trends for areas of responsibility and share creative ideas
• Research the domestic market to identify new trends, fabrics, techniques, etc. and complete pre-packages
• Meet with vendors for sourcing of fabric and trim and review seasonal concept direction
• Ensure product consistency with market trends and business strategy
• Additional tasks may be assigned

Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and CAD or similar programs

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 5-7 years of design experience
• Previous retail experience

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
