Science Teacher

Science Teacher – Chesterton Academy of Milwaukee

We are seeking a versatile, full‑time science teacher whose love of science is matched by a love of teaching and forming high school students in the Catholic faith.

• Deliver content excellence in the lab sciences and demonstrate competency and strength in the full range of high‑school laboratory equipment.
• Manage the classroom and mentor students, including extra‑curricular duties, clubs, and participation in the House System.
• Attend daily Mass with the entire student body and participate in spiritual retreats or other school activities.

• Practicing Catholic and willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field by the time of employment.
• Previous teaching experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a track record of contributing to an apostolic and educational enterprise.
• Teaching ability, content excellence, classroom management, and mentorship skills.
• Educational credits/licensure are ideal but not required; may work toward credits upon employment.
