Position Summary
Full‑Time Philosophy Teacher
We are seeking a versatile, full‑time humanities teacher whose love of teaching philosophy and the humanities is matched by their love of teaching and forming high school students in the Catholic faith.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate competency and strength in philosophy and teach a variety of courses.
- Exhibit teaching ability, content excellence, classroom management, and the capacity to take on extra‑curricular duties, clubs, and mentorship in the Houses System.
- Attend daily Mass with the entire student body and participate in spiritual retreats or other school activities.
- Encourage and mentor students in the Catholic faith; take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium.
- Previous teaching experience is ideal.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to the vision and mission of an apostolic and educational enterprise.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; educational credits/licensure ideal but not required.
- Willingness to work toward educational credits upon employment.
- Must be a practicing Catholic.
