Literature Teacher

Full‑Time Literature Teacher

We are seeking a versatile, full‑time humanities teacher whose love of teaching Literature and the humanities is matched by their love of teaching and forming high school students in the Catholic faith.

• Teach literature and humanities courses at the high school level.
• Demonstrate competency and strength in literature.
• Plan, deliver, and assess instruction across a variety of courses.
• Provide effective classroom management.
• Support extracurricular activities, clubs, and mentorship in the Houses System.
• Attend daily Mass with the entire student body and participate in spiritual retreats or other school activities.
• Take on other duties assigned by the school.

• Practicing Catholic and willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of contributing to the vision and mission of an apostolic and educational enterprise.
• Educational credits/licensure ideal but not required; candidates may need to work toward them upon employment.
