Hours: Monday‑Friday, shifts are variable. (Start times available as early as 8 AM and later shift can run until 7 PM)
Requirements- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1‑3 Years of Title IV administration experience preferred
Hourly pay range: $21.74 to $29.41.

Responsibilities- Revise financial aid award packages due to updates such as changes in course schedules, approved breaks, eligibility changes, and other factors.
- Troubleshoot disbursement rejects and resolve factors preventing timely disbursement of funding.
- Dedication to continuous improvement especially in the areas of student satisfaction and accuracy.
- Demonstrate all aspects of the PRICE of Success.
- Meet with new students to understand funding needs, provide guidance on completion of the FAFSA and required documents, and review eligibility for funding options including Federal Title IV funds, scholarships, state funding, and military funds.
- Utilize financial aid software to review student documents and eligibility criteria to finalize financial aid awards.
- Provide gap funding options to students and support students in determining the best option to meet their financial needs and support their educational goals.
- Counsel students on financial literacy and wellness topics for the purpose of educating and encouraging responsible borrowing practices.
- Manage a student caseload, striving to build relationships and support students in resolving all matters related to their financial aid funding.
- Perform regular outreach to students requiring action including needed documents, loan acceptance, and past‑due balances.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of the time.
- Must be able to occasionally move around the work location.
- Constantly operates office and/or teaching equipment which may include computers, copiers, fax machines, audio/visuals.
- Frequently uses voice and hearing to communicate with students, staff or colleagues face‑to‑face or over the telephone.
- Visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess.
- Occasionally move, carry, or lift 10 pounds.
