Manager, Integration Engineering

Overview

Brunswick, a global marine leader, seeks a Design Engineering Manager to lead the Integrated Solutions engineering function within the Navico Group. The role focuses on design, integration, and implementation of connected marine systems across our product portfolio.

• Lead and develop a high‑performing engineering team focused on design, integration, and implementation.
• Ensure engineering outputs meet defined standards, integration requirements, and quality expectations.
• Drive scalable, repeatable solutions across new integrations and existing products.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, Sales, and Service to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
• Own and improve engineering processes, including change management and design governance.
• Balance customer needs with internal standards to deliver practical, supportable, and scalable solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement, efficiency, and strong technical discipline across the function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of design engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical functions.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to apply engineering and integration standards effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable translating complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Practical, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Marine industry experience.
• NMEA
  2000 or ABYC certification.

Pay: $103,000–$144,000 annually (based on qualifications, experience, business needs, and geography).
