Job Description

We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our team in creating detailed construction documents for both existing and new store projects. The ideal candidate will proficiently utilize AutoCAD for drafting purposes and employ MS Excel for plan logging. You will be part of a dynamic team of six, working closely with a remote manager and receiving guidance from onsite management.

Responsibilities

* Create construction documents using AutoCAD for various store projects.

* Log and manage plans using MS Excel.

* Collaborate effectively within a team of six drafters and one manager.

* Communicate and coordinate with a remote manager while receiving onsite direction.

Essential Skills

* Proficiency in Drafting and AutoCAD.

* Experience in interior architecture and design.

* Demonstrable AutoCAD skills.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* AAS or Bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, or interior design.

* At least 6 months of drafting experience, including education or internships.

Work Environment

This position is based in a corporate office environment featuring beautiful lounging areas and coffee shops. The team structure consists of one manager overseeing six planners, fostering collaboration and guidance.

This is a Contract position based out of MENOMONEE FALLS, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
