Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.

+ Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs using platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi.

+ Develop and modify Human Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA applications.

+ Configure and support industrial networks including Ethernet/IP, Device Net, Profinet, and Modbus.

+ Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning and startup.

+ Create and maintain electrical schematics, control panel layouts, I/O lists, and technical documentation.

+ Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

+ Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to improve system performance.

This is a Permanent position based out of MENOMONEE FALLS, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
