We're currently partnering on a key Manufacturing Engineer opening supporting their CNC machining operations in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a highly visible role within a collaborative engineering team where you'll have direct ownership over CNC process development, programming, tooling, automation initiatives, capital equipment projects, and continuous improvement efforts. - Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for quality, efficiency, and throughput
- Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs and manufacturing documentation
- Support new product launches, process prove-outs, and production startup activities
- Conduct cycle time studies, tooling cost analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with tooling suppliers, automation vendors, production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Support fixture design reviews, tooling selection, and work holding solutions
- Assist with capital equipment evaluation, procurement, installation, and startup
- Participate in APQP activities including PFMEA, Process Flows, Control Plans, and launch readiness efforts

- Strong CNC machining manufacturing experience - CNC programming experience - CAD/CAM proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience developing manufacturing processes, setup sheets, tooling documentation, and work instructions
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

- Mastercam experience
- Solid Works experience
- Automation experience - APQP / PFMEA / Control Plan experience
- Capital equipment project experience

- Exposure to new product launches and advanced manufacturing technologies
