Truity Partners is supporting a prominent manufacturer in Menomonee Falls, WI with their search for a Customs & Trade Compliance Manager. This is a permanent direct hire opportunity, offering a primarily onsite work schedule. Compensation is estimated at up to $125,000-$150,000 annually plus bonus eligibility, based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and centralize U.S. customs and tariff compliance for all inbound and outbound shipments
- Serve as primary liaison to customs broker and U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP)
- Oversee classification, valuation, country of origin, duty drawback, and related activities
- Monitor trade regulation changes and model financial impact on landed cost and margins
- Work across departments to implement compliant trade processes and maintain audit documentation
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in trade compliance, customs, or similar field
- Knowledge of US/international trade and customs regulations
- Experience working in a manufacturing or global supply chain environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
