- 6 p.m.;
Friday 8:30 a.m.

- 5 p.m.
Holidays: Enterprise Patient Engagement Center Reps observe Froedtert Recognized Holidays.
Weekends: none at this time.

Services Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin patients' needs, including registration, scheduling, and other patient access requests, in order to ensure a quality experience and provide first contact resolution. Tasks are completed for several specialties and large groups of physicians servicing the many locations of our clinical enterprise. This position will use detailed protocols and enterprise scheduling tools to aid patients in scheduling with the right physician, at the right time and location.

Customer-focused and friendly communication skills will provide an exceptional experience and set the stage for patient preference and loyalty to Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position is required. 3 years of experience in a customer service position. Call center experience highly preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $19.42 - $25.83. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
