Health Coach

• Conduct health appraisals and screenings
• Deliver presentations
• Support wellness initiatives for corporate clients
• Promote healthy lifestyle behaviors through education and coaching
• Facilitate wellness programs
• Travel as required

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate wellness, health education, or program development is required
• Healthcare organization experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing strategies preferred
• Bachelor's degree in health education, dietetics, exercise physiology, or related field is required
• Master's degree in a health-related field is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and group facilitation skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technology tools is required
• Valid Driver's License is required
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within three months of hire
• Wellness or Health Coaching certification endorsed by NSHC, ACE or Wellcoaches is preferred
• Must complete pre-employment substance abuse testing

Demonstrates expertise in corporate wellness program development and health education, with a strong focus on promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors through effective communication and coaching. Proficient in facilitating wellness initiatives and conducting health appraisals while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
