• Provide companionship and emotional support by cultivating trusting, empathetic relationships with clients.
• Assist with essential daily living activities such as eating, walking, dressing, and grooming to foster clients' independence and holistic well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with care teams to observe, accurately document, and promptly communicate any changes in clients' health or condition.
• Engage clients in meaningful hobbies and activities customized to their unique interests and preferences.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Hold a valid driver's license, maintain current insurance, and have reliable transportation.
• Successfully complete all required paid training and orientation programs.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, their families, and the broader care team.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, dependable work ethic with a commitment to delivering exceptional, non-medical companion care.
• Maintain the physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
• Successfully clear all mandatory background checks.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
