I am looking to hire a full-time Payroll Specialist for a reputable company here in Menomonee Falls, WI (53051). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away!
Pay: $65k - $75k + Full Benefits
Address: Menomonee Falls, WI(53051)
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Hybrid: None
Responsibilities- Enter and maintain employee data for new hires, rehires, transfers, and terminations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Calculate and administer vacation, sick, and other paid/unpaid time off accruals
- Process payroll adjustments including overtime, shift premiums, bonuses, expense reimbursements, and manual checks
- Manage wage garnishments, child support orders, unemployment verifications, and withholding changes
- Process payroll changes related to wages, schedules, and benefit enrollments
- Review timekeeping transactions to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Coordinate and reconcile 401(k) deferrals between payroll and retirement vendors
