- Support the full employee life cycle as part of the Human Resources team
- Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
- Post and close jobs in the Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
- Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
- Support projects that enhance the candidate, employee, and internal team experience
- Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR areas
- Currently a college student enrolled in Human Resources, Business, or related program
- Must pass a post-offer criminal background check prior to joining the Continental team
- Available full-time during Summer 2027
Demonstrates a foundational understanding of Human Resources processes, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employee Experience. Capable of supporting various HR functions while effectively coordinating candidate interactions and enhancing team collaboration.
