Responsible for the design, development, implementation, configuration, and configuration of Service Now applications and platform features. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the Service Now applications and platform meet the organization’s needs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Now Developer.
• Experience with Service Now Glide API, REST API, and SOAP API integrations.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Service Now platform, with a strong focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) suites.
• Hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response.
• Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
• Experience with Service Now Service Portal development.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular

JS (or similar frameworks), HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to Service Now development. Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within Service Now. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Power Shell or Python for automation tasks is preferred.

Solid understanding of Service Now best practices and platform capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred. Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM) preferred.

Pay is expected to be between $37.95 - $64.92 per hour. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
