- Support and optimize Epicor CMS ERP system
- Gather and document business requirements across finance, production, inventory, and supply chain
- Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows
- Develop reports, dashboards, and queries (SQL/SSRS)
- Troubleshoot system issues and support integrations (EDI, shop floor systems)
- Assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configurations
- Design and maintain customer labeling using Labelview integrated with CMS
- Hands-on Epicor CMS experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience with EDI
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of databases, ODBC connections, and IBM iSeries environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field
