About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Order Management Associate to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners, ensuring a seamless order management experience from order entry through fulfillment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter and validate customer orders within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, etc.)
- Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and resolve discrepancies or exceptions
- Process all customer orders within a 48-hour turnaround time
- Monitor and manage order updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, confirmations, and related records
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services
- Handle customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, RMAs, and order modifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, shipping, logistics, sales, and finance
- Support dealer network inquiries (no direct consumer interaction)
- Participate in a structured 45-60 day training program before entering phone queue responsibilities
- Utilize ERP systems daily to manage order workflows
- Partner closely with manufacturing teams across shipping, planning, and production
- Handle inbound customer calls through a queue system after training
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and service
- 3+ years of experience in order management and customer service
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, or similar)
- Experience
** in manufacturing environment strongly preferred - Experience working with order entry, billing, credit, warehouse, shipping, purchasing, and planning processes
- Familiarity with customer POs, RMAs, and tracking information
- Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

This is a Contract position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
