Patient access is where healthcare meets lived experience. It’s the difference between a patient getting the care they need and falling through the cracks. Our Access Transformation team sits at the center of that work, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to drive access transformation across the enterprise. We’re looking for a Lead Access Consultant who brings EMR and operations expertise, thrives at the intersection of data and workflow, and is ready to take on a role that requires both creativity and analysis.

You’ll translate organizational goals into concrete, actionable project plans and manage the technical and human sides of change. What sets this role apart from our analyst positions is scope and leadership: you’ll oversee multiple concurrent projects, mentor project leads, and bring an additional layer of expertise across all key skills and functions within the team.

- Advise on tradeoffs, balancing impact with resource constraints and dependencies.
- Maintain momentum in ambiguous or evolving situations, demonstrating resilience and a bias toward action.
- Manage relationships across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders, facilitating alignment, resolving roadblocks, and keeping work moving.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical or operational capacity, with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and guide teams through change.
- Experience with access and scheduling workflows, physician group practice operations, and/or ancillary scheduling.
- Preferred background in healthcare, information technology, business process, or logistics.
