We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Scope of Work

1. End‑User Device & Asset Lifecycle Support

  • Support
    new hire setup, deployment, and onboarding activities in coordination with the EUC team.
  • Install, upgrade, repair, and replace
    EUC equipment
    , including desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals.
  • Perform
    hardware refresh
    , device swaps, and secure
    decommissioning with proper handover for disposal.
  • Provide
    replacement of non‑warranty assets as approved.

2. IMACD Services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission)

  • Perform IMACD activities for EUC assets:
    • New device installation and setup
    • Desktop and workstation moves
    • Device additions and re‑configurations
    • Hardware refresh and decommissioning
  • Ensure asset tagging, relocation tracking, and documentation updates.

3. Incident, Task & Break/Fix Support

  • Work on
    incidents and service requests related to End User Computing.
  • Provide
    onsite break/fix assistance for EUC hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment.
  • Perform
    reactive troubleshooting to identify root causes and help prevent recurrence.
  • Provide onsite
    operational and technical support to authorized users.
  • Deliver services in accordance with
    defined SLAs for response and resolution.
  • Provide
    VIP and executive support for:
    • Desktop and workstation devices
    • Display screens and video systems
    • Docking stations and communication devices
    • Printers, scanners, and wireless networking

5. Network Connectivity & Access Support

  • Assist users connecting or attempting to connect to the
    corporate network
    .
  • Support access to:
    • LAN and WAN
    • Print and file services
    • Appropriate LAN segments
  • Configure and troubleshoot
    network connectivity for end‑user systems, including cabling and port connectivity.

6. Printer, Scanner & Peripheral Support

  • Provide network connectivity for
    printers and scanners
    , including:
    • IP addressing
    • Direct TCP/IP output configuration
  • Create, modify, and remove
    printer configurations and queues as per requests and SLAs.
  • Provide
    warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scanners.
  • Support peripheral devices including keyboards, mice, webcams, headsets, and docking stations.

7. Operating System, Imaging & Deployment

  • Install, upgrade, and migrate end‑user systems to
    Windows versions
    .
  • Monitor and maintain systems running
    Windows.
  • Utilize and support
    imaging tools for device provisioning and re‑imaging.

8. Software Support, Configuration

  • Provide
    software break/fix support for end users.
  • Configure hardware, operating systems, and applications as required for EUC support.

9. Collaboration, Telepresence & Audio‑Video Support

  • Provide onsite support for
    telepresence systems
    .
  • Support
    audio‑video meetings
    , conferencing tools, and meeting room equipment.
  • Perform AV connectivity checks and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Use
    problem and incident management systems to track customer calls, incidents, and service requests.
  • Ensure tickets are
    updated, documented, and closed accurately
    .
  • Provide regular, timely feedback on customer requirements and onsite activities.
  • Communicate effectively with
    technical and non‑technical stakeholders
    .
