Senior Personalization Analytics Analyst

• Lead the development, testing, and curation of statistical and machine learning models for customer strategy within Marketing
• Provide analytical and technological support and consultation to marketing partners from executive level to strategy teams
• Potentially co-develop marketing technologies with IT teams
• Construct and curate datasets for model features
• Develop methodologies for model creation, testing, execution, and maintenance
• Manage projects and code bases in Github
• Lead working groups and participate in steering committees with IT partners
• Potentially lead UAT testing
• Provide project communications to Marketing leaders
• Define analytical and reporting requirements with partners
• Respond to complex inquiries with actionable insights and advice
• Deliver technical capabilities to partners
• Create dashboards or decks with recommendations
• Provide data-driven insights to confirm or refute partner hypotheses
• Advise Marketing leaders on technology investments
• Demonstrate ROI of technological advancements through proof-of-concept projects
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Experience coding in general purpose languages, e.g. Java, Python, C++
• Experience developing, testing, and curating statistical and machine learning models
• Experience using traditional RDBMS, e.g. Teradata, MSSQL Server
• Experience using cloud offerings, e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP
• Experience using software version control, e.g. Github
• Experience using any flavor of the Apache Hadoop Framework, e.g. Hortonworks, Cloudera, MapR
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships and achieve results by working collaboratively with others
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience with data visualization technologies such as Jupyter Notebooks, R Shiny, and Tableau
• Master’s Degree or Ph.D in the hard sciences, computer science, engineering or other applicable field (preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant Data Science, Applied Mathematics, and/or IT experience (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in developing and curating statistical and machine learning models, alongside strong project management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with marketing and IT teams. Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools and cloud technologies to deliver actionable insights and support marketing strategies.
