Job Summary: Responsible for the design, development, implementation, configuration, and configuration of Service Now applications and platform features. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the Service Now applications and platform meet the organization’s needs.

EXPERIENCE
DESCRIPTION:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Now Developer. Experience with Service Now Glide API, REST API, and SOAP API integrations. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Service Now platform, with a strong focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) suites. Hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response.
Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management. Experience with Service Now Service Portal development. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
EDUCATION
DESCRIPTION:
Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
TRAINING
DESCRIPTION:
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS (or similar frameworks), HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to Service Now development. Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within Service Now. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Power Shell or Python for automation tasks. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

LICENSURE
DESCRIPTION:
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM).
Compensation, Benefits & Perks At Froedtert Health
Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $37.95 - $64.92. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
