Job Type: Hybrid. Full Time Equivalent: 1.0. Standard
Hours:
40.00. Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm.
Responsible for placing purchase orders of approved supplies, equipment, and services for Froedtert Health. Resolves order‑related issues for internal customers. Performs purchase order follow‑up activities with suppliers including order and delivery confirmations. Reconciles vendor invoice issues and shipping discrepancies. Processes customer and vendor returns. Develops relationships with internal customers and vendors. Other duties as assigned. Travel required.
Qualifications- Preferred: 2 years of experience in supply chain.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred; otherwise equivalent education and supply‑chain work experience within 12 months of hire.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Skilled at negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with MMIS applications.
- Experience with Lawson Materials Management System preferred.
