Job Overview

Wastequip is hiring a Driver at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Duties include delivering incoming shipments, organizing merchandise for delivery, packaging products for shipping, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in various warehouse areas such as hose and fittings production and order picking.

Pay: $21.73 per hour (1st shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm).

• Deliver and receive incoming shipments of products and parts.
• Organize merchandise for delivery and package products for shipping.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure the company vehicle is used properly.
• Assist with production of hoses and fittings and order picking.
• Support sales by processing parts orders for shipment.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, product).
• Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate DOT‑certified vehicles (van/truck) and maintain them in a clean and orderly condition.
• Lifting, stooping, and bending throughout the shift; occasional lifting of 50lb.
• Walk, climb, and sit for prolonged periods as required while operating delivery vehicles.
• Obtain DOT Medical Card as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling (preferred).
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Computer literate with data entry and part lookup skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and corrective action skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
• Detail‑oriented, highly accurate, and productive.
