Support daily operations. Maintain quality. Lead from the field.

We’re hiring an Operations Lead to support daily field operations for our locally owned mosquito, tick, and seasonal services business.

  • Assist technicians when issues arise in the field
  • Step into routes when coverage is needed
  • Coach technicians to quality and safety standards
  • Make real-time adjustments when plans change

This role balances leadership and hands-on work. Some days you’ll be coordinating and supporting the team. Other days you’ll be in the field. The responsibility stays the same either way.

Mosquito Season (mid-March – mid-October):

  • Full-time
  • Typically, 35–40 hours per week

  • Supportive, hands-on local ownership
Seasonal Transition to Holiday Lighting Work

When the mosquito season wraps up, this role transitions to supporting our Decorate With Lights (DWL) business. This is a planned and important part of the position and provides continued hands-on work through the winter months.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting
  • Working on ladders and roofs
  • Following all safety procedures for working at heights

Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
