Payroll Manager
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Payroll Management & Oversight
• Lead and manage a payroll team of four
• Oversee biweekly payroll cycles across multiple entities
• Support review and accuracy checks for approximately 1,100 employees
Systems & Processes
• Utilize payroll systems;
Paycom experience strongly preferred
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Support ongoing enhancements within payroll operations
Benefits & Deferred Compensation
• Assist with administration of deferred compensation plans
• Partner with HR/benefits on programs tied to payroll deductions
Leadership & Collaboration
• Provide strong leadership ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with accounting and operations
• Support a culture focused on trust, stability, and continuous improvement
• Management experience required
• Experience leading payroll in a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment preferred
• Familiarity with Paycom is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, leadership ability, and comfort managing complexity
