Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate water jet cutting machines based on work orders, CAD files, and job specifications.
* Load and secure materials on the cutting bed and align them for optimal cutting.
* Program and adjust machine settings for speed, pressure, and abrasive flow.
* Monitor the cutting process to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
* Inspect finished parts for accuracy and perform any necessary post-processing or adjustments.
* Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance.
* Keep accurate production records and update job documentation.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety guidelines.
