Reich Tool & Design, a family-owned machine shop in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Specialist for the Second Shift. You will set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring parts meet print specifications and tolerances.
The role includes live tooling, GD&T knowledge, and a strong emphasis on lean manufacturing practices. The position is in-person on the Second Shift with potential overtime; 40 hours weekly with flexible five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days
