3rd Shift High Reach Forklift Operators; Freezer Area!

Job Description

Use material handling equipment to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

• Case picking, put away, bulk pick.
• Meet productivity rates set by facility.
• Required use of all MHE such as pallet jacks, stand up forklift (high and low lifts), and walkie riders.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via Radio Frequency (RF) system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
• Load and unload trailers.

• Prior stand up forklift experience required (must have driven a stand up in the last 3 years and have at least 2 years of exp.).
• Must be able to work in freezing temperatures for entirety of shift – Working in (-10 below zero) for 8-10 hour shift.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment (will be on feet for entire shift).
• Basic math and attention to detail skills.
